When Innov8 took on management of The Studios, the building was being reimagined, shifting from a single-tenant setup to a flexible workspace designed for small businesses.

We recognised that success would come from building a strong sense of community. Working closely with the landlord, we helped shape shared spaces and introduce a clean, modern design that reflects the premium Wilmslow location.

Now close to full occupancy, we stay actively involved, maintaining regular contact with tenants and ensuring the building continues to run to a high standard.
