Working with the agent to Reposition the building.
When the main tenant exited this standalone building, we were brought in to reposition it as a multi-let space. Working closely with the client and agents, we established a service charge structure & upgraded shared areas including the facade, toilets, common spaces and even refreshed the exterior to give a more modern feel. We oversaw this £120,000 refurbishment covering everything from signage and branding to furniture, to give Jubilee House the identity it needed in the modern market.
Our facilities management team was also retained independently by incoming tenants — a clear sign of trust in our standards and service. The result: a revitalised building that attracted new tenants, future-ready and delivering long-term value.
