Maple House had a rough start. After the tenant moved out in 2020, the building sat empty, then came a break-in and flooding caused by stolen copper pipework. We were brought in to clean up the damage, restore the grounds and make the property presentable for re-letting.
From there, we managed the building through its dormant period, carrying out weekly checks, dealing swiftly with trespassing and vandalism, and ensuring full compliance for the landlord’s insurers. For over two years, we kept the building secure, maintained and ready.
